Ki Modern Japanese and Bar's rum punch

This citrusy cocktail is a dose of sunshine in a glass

This juicy and citrusy cocktail is perfect for getting the appetite going before a meal.

 

Rum punch

1 1/2 oz Old Grogg rum or a dark rum
1/2 oz Cointreau or an orange liquer
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
grenadine
orange zest, to garnish

Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in rum, orange liqueur, juices and syrup. Top with grenadine and stir. 

Skewer the zest through a pick and garnish.
