Eau Claire Distillery's Lovers' Quarrel

How Alberta's first craft distillery is celebrating Valentine's Day

If you're not crazy about going out on Valentine's Day, you can stay in and have just as much fun with some good food and this Lovers' Quarrel cocktail, made using Eau Claire Distillery's Parlour Gin, a London Dry style of gin. Head bartender Tyler Gushaty and the bar team at North 53 in Edmonton come up with this citrusy concoction of Parlour Gin, grenadine, Cointreau, lemon juice and orange bitters for the occasion.

This way, you won't have to worry about the cold or finding a cab either. Win!
